About the program
The MySynergy Summer Internship is a 90-day fixed-term internship running Jun 1 – Aug 31, 2026. Interns work alongside our packaging engineering team on real NPI (New Product Introduction) support — supplier coordination, quality verification, structural packaging review, and documentation. Compensation is HKD 20,000 / month.
Workplace: hybrid — partly remote in Hong Kong, partly onsite at a supplier facility in Guangming, Shenzhen. Selective day-trip travel to Dongguan and short visits to Hanoi may be expected. Flights and hotel are booked by MySynergy; land transport is reimbursed against receipts.
Selection process (4 stages): eligibility review → short video response → structured Q&A → final-round interview in Hong Kong. A confirmed offer follows the final round.
Who we're looking for: current Hong Kong university students (not alumni) who are willing to do supplier-facing work, comfortable communicating in English (working level) and Mandarin (practical level for supplier interaction); Cantonese is a plus but not required.
